There are some facts related to our shipping policy that you must be aware of before placing an order with us.

SHIPPING CHARGES - INDIA

At present, no shipping charges applied for India. For that even no minimum purchase is required.

SHIPPING CHARGES - OUTSIDE INDIA

Other than India, we mostly get orders from the USA, UK, Australia and Canada and accordingly our rates are applied which keep changing from time to time. You will be able to know the rate depending on your location and total weight of shipment. The exact amount will be calculated at the checkout page.

For outside India shipments, import duty and local taxes may be applied in addition to the shipping (freight) charges which you will be able to know only once the shipment has arrived at your destination.

Cash On Delivery (COD) - Currently available only in India

Time taken to deliver your order:

Delivery times are usually as follows:

1. Within India - Usually 2 - 6 business days from the date of dispatch
2. For outside India - It may take 7 to 10 days approx  

FOR CUSTOM MADE ITEMS :

1. Within India - Usually 10 - 15 business days from the date of dispatch
2. For outside India - It may take 15 to 30 days approx  

Each order gets dispatched from our India warehouse within 30 hours of our order placement FOR READY AVAILABLE ITEMS. 

INTERNATIONAL CUSTOMS CHARGES

Some destination countries charge customs on the shipments. All customs charges, local taxes and delivery company's processing fees for clearing customs are to be borne by the customer, unless it is charged at checkout.

TAMPERED, DAMAGED OR  OPENED PACKAGES:
